• This coverage protects you from third party lawsuits claiming non-physical personal injury. An example of this is if an ayurveda practitioner across town accused you of spreading false claims regarding their practice and decided to file suit against you.

Premises Liability – $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate per policy year.

• Commonly referred to as slip and fall coverage, protects you if someone is injured at your premises, when the injury is not related to the treatment.

Product Liability – (Professional Use) – $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate per policy year.

• Protects against allegations of using defective products while treating someone.
• Sale of Herbs, Vitamins, Nutritional Supplements – $10,000 coverage sublimit.

Cyber Liability – $10,000 coverage

• Protects you if your client’s data is compromised because of a cyber breach.

Sexual Misconduct Defense – $30,000 coverage

• Provides coverage to defend you if a client alleges you committed sexual misconduct.
